北京辛迪克清洁能源技术服务有限公司（简称“北京辛迪克”）系辛迪克碳资产（亚洲）有限公司在中国设立的全资子公司，旨在为能源领域企业的低碳发展，提供低成本解决方案。北京辛迪克成立于2007年12月，法定代表人戴维·克瑞迪（David Creedy），注册资本495万美元，总部设在北京市东城区安定门东大街28号雍和大厦B座1010室，在太原设分公司，分公司主要业务是煤矿瓦斯利用项目碳资产管理。

Beijing Sindicatum Clean Energy Technology and Services Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Beijing Sindicatum) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sindicatum Carbon Assets (Asia) Co., Ltd. Established in China, the company is aiming at providing low-cost solutions for the low-carbon development of enterprises in the energy field. Beijing Sindicatum was founded in December 2007. Its legal representative is David Creedy. The registered capital of the company is $4.95 million. Its headquarters is located in Room 1010, Block B, Yonghe Plaza, No.28 Andingmen East Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing and Taiyuan branch has established, whose main business is carbon assets management of coal mine methane utilization project.

辛迪克碳资产（亚洲）有限公司（辛迪克碳资产）是一家专注于清洁能源利用，温室气体减排的专业化公司，属英资公司，是碳市场低成本开发、碳减排效益最大化的解决方案提供商。辛迪克碳资产总部设在新加坡，在全球共设有四个业务部，四个主要工作区域为美国、印度、中国和东南亚。辛迪克碳资产迄今已融资10多亿美元，用于清洁能源、废弃物、可再生能源项目的开发利用。

Sindicatum Carbon Assets (Asia) Co., Ltd (Sindicatum Carbon Assets) is a professional company focusing on clean energy utilization and greenhouse gas emission reduction. It is a British-funded company and a solution provider for low-cost development of the carbon market and maximizing the benefits of carbon emission reduction. Headquartered in Singapore, Sindicatum Carbon Assets has four business departments in the world. The four main working areas are the United States, India, China and Southeast Asia. Sindicatum Carbon Assets has so far raised more than $1 billion for the development and utilization of clean energy, waste and renewable energy projects.

自2006年以来，辛迪克碳资产先后出资2.1亿元与山西焦煤合作开发建设了三座集清洁能源发电、余热回收利用、富余瓦斯摧毁于一体的装机容量31MW的世界级瓦斯发电项目，分别是装机容量11.92MW的杜儿坪瓦斯电站、装机容量7.2MW的马兰瓦斯电站和装机12MW的屯兰瓦斯电站。

Since 2006, Sindicatum Carbon Assets has invested 210 million yuan in cooperation with Shanxi Coking Coal Group to develop and construct three world-class methane power generation projects with clean energy generation, waste heat recovery and flare burning with a total installed capacity of 31MW. They are Duerping methane power plant with an installed capacity of 11.92 MW, Malan methane power plant with an installed capacity of 7.2MW and Tunlan methane power plant with an installed capacity of 12 MW.

The cooperation between Sindicatum and Shanxi Coking Coal Group has brought the advanced concept and technology of methane drainage and utilization of the world. At the same time, it is playing a bridge and link role for the international development of Shanxi Coking Coal Group.
