山西焦煤集团有限责任公司（简称“山西焦煤”）是中国最大的炼焦煤生产加工企业,也是全国最大的炼焦煤市场供应商。

Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Shanxi Coking Coal Group) is the largest coking coal production and processing enterprise in China, and also the largest coking coal market supplier in China.

山西焦煤组建于2001年10月，属山西省国有独资企业，总部位于山西省会太原市，下有西山煤电、汾西矿业、霍州煤电、华晋焦煤、山西焦化、运城盐化、山西焦炭等25个子分公司和西山煤电股份公司、山西焦化股份公司、南风化工股份公司3个A股上市公司。

Shanxi Coking Coal Group was established in October 2001, which is a wholly state-owned enterprise in Shanxi Province. Its headquarters is located in Taiyuan City, the capital of Shanxi Province. There are 25 subsidiaries, including Xishan Coal and Electricity Group, Fenxi Mining Industry Group, Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group, Huajin Coking Coal Company, Shanxi Coking Group, Yuncheng Salt Chemical Industry Group and Shanxi Coke Group, etc. Besides, there are 3 A-share listed companies, including Xishan Coal and Electricity Group, Shanxi Coking Share Company and Nafine Chemical Industry Group.

山西焦煤以“一个战略，三大目标”的战略规划为统领，以炼焦煤的生产、加工及销售为主业，焦化、电力、民爆化工为辅业，大力推进金融投资管理、现代物流业等新兴产业。现有100座煤矿，生产能力1.83亿吨/年；27座选煤厂，入洗能力1.14亿吨/年；5座焦化厂，焦炭产能1180万吨/年；6座燃煤电厂，装机容量4670MW；17座瓦斯及余热电厂，装机容量238MW,光伏发电4MW；盐化日化产能256万吨/年。2017年，原煤产量9610万吨，炼焦精煤产量4517万吨，生产煤总销量9101万吨，焦炭产量943万吨，发电量144亿度，销售收入1524亿元，利润27.75亿元，上缴税费150亿元。

Shanxi Coking Coal Group takes the strategic plan of “One strategy and three objectives” as its command, the production, processing and sales of coking coal as its main industry, coking, power, civil explosive chemical industry as its subsidiary industries, vigorously promotes financial investment management, modern logistics industry and other emerging industries. There are 100 coal mines with production capacity of 183 million tons per year, 27 coal preparation plants with washing capacity of 114 million tons per year, 5 coking plants with coke production capacity of 11.8 million tons per year, 6 coal-fired power plants with installed capacity of 4670 MW, 17 methane and waste heat power plants with installed capacity of 238 MW and photovoltaic power generation of 4 MW, and 2.56 million tons per year of daily salt production. In 2017, the output of raw coal was 96.1 million tons, coking refined coal was 45.17 million tons, coal production was 91.01 million tons, coke was 9.43 million tons, electricity was 14.4 billion degrees, sales was 152.4 billion yuan, profits was 2.775 billion yuan, and taxes and fees was 15 billion yuan.

山西焦煤主导产品有焦煤、肥煤、1/3焦煤、瘦煤、气肥煤、贫煤等多个煤种，其中,强粘焦煤和肥煤均为世界稀缺资源，是大型钢厂大高炉不可或缺的骨架炉料；化工产品主要有冶金焦、铸造焦、纯苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、炭黑、硫磺、工业萘、洗油、沥青、元明粉、硫酸钡、镁盐、化妆洗涤用品等，产品市场涵盖国内外20多个省市和地区。

The leading products of Shanxi Coking Coal Group include coking coal, fat coal, 1/3 coking coal, gas fat coal, meagre coal and others, among which strongly sticky coking coal and fat coal are scarce resources in the world and are indispensable skeleton materials for large blast furnaces in large steel mills. The chemical products mainly include metallurgical coke, casting coke, pure benzene, toluene, xylene, methanol, druss, sulphur, industrial naphthalene, absorber oil, asphalt, anhydrous sodium sulfate, barium sulfate, magnesium salt, cosmetic detergents and so on. The product market covers more than 20 provinces, cities and regions at home and abroad.
