山西潞安矿业（集团）有限责任公司（简称“潞安集团”）位于山西省长治市，其前身是成立于1959年的潞安矿务局，2000年8月企业整体改制为有限责任公司， 2007年9月重组新疆哈密煤业公司成立了潞安新疆公司，2012年12月重组山西天脊煤化工公司，成为一个跨地区、跨行业的现代化企业集团。所属上市公司——潞安环保能源股份公司是全国煤炭系统第一个国家高新技术企业。2018年，潞安集团营业收入1766亿元，实现利润突破35亿元。潞安集团连续六年位居于财富世界500强企业，位居全球能源企业竞争力500强第296位，在2018中国能源企业500强中排名第24位。

Shanxi Lu’an Mining (Group) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Lu’an Group) is located in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. Its predecessor is the Luan Mining Bureau established in 1959. In August 2000, the whole enterprise was restructured into a limited liability company. In September 2007, Lu’an Xinjiang Company was restructured by Xinjiang Hami Coal Industry Company. In December 2012, Shanxi Tianji Coal Chemical Company was restructured and finally the company became into a modernized enterprise group of cross-region and cross-industry. Lu’an Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd, the listed company it belongs is the first national high-tech enterprise in China’s coal system. In 2018, Lu’an Group’s business income was 176.6 billion yuan with the profit exceeding 3.5 billion yuan. For six consecutive years, Lu’an Group ranked among the Fortune World 500 enterprises, ranked the 296th in the Global Energy Enterprises’ Competitiveness, and ranked the 24th in China’s Energy Enterprises.
