Taiyuan Mining Machinery Electrical Company was founded in November 2003 with a registered capital of 43 million. In May 2015, it became the first new third board listed company in Taiyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone with the stock code of 832347.

太矿电气主要产品有防爆蓄电池单轨吊、自移悬挂式设备列车等两大系列产品。公司产品，交叉与集成了机械、电气、液压及智能控制等多领域高、精、尖技术，代表了煤矿有轨辅助运输装备制造业的领先水平。目前已经发展成为全国煤矿有轨辅助运输设备的主要供应商。

The main products of Taiyuan Mining Machinery Electrical Company are two series of products, they are explosion-proof battery monorail crane and self-propelled suspension equipment train. The company’s products cross-cuts and integrates the high, sophisticated and top technologies in the fields of machinery, electrical, hydraulic and intelligent control, representing the coal mine auxiliary rail transport equipment manufacturing industry’s leading level. At present, it has developed into a major supplier of auxiliary rail transport equipment for coal mines in China.

2013年4月，太矿电气与山西焦煤集团股权合作，设立太原矿机电气科技有限公司，公司注册资金1亿元，已成为煤炭大集团发展的井下辅助运输设备及矿山电气自动化系统的解决方案提供者。

In April 2013, Taiyuan Mining Machinery Electrical Science and Technology Co., Ltd was jointly established by Taiyuan Mining Machinery Electrical Company and Shanxi Coking Coal Group, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, which has become a solution provider of underground auxiliary transportation equipment and mine electrical automation system developed by the Coal Group.
