山西文龙中美环能科技股份有限公司(简称“文龙中美”)成立于2009年4月,是国家认定的高新技术企业,2016年7月在新三板成功挂牌,证券代码:838624。是一家专门从事煤矿工程设计和节能环保服务的股份制企业,注册资本:4166.64万元,总部位于山西太原,下设北京分公司、山西瓦特网联环能科技有限公司(控股子公司)、山西文龙中美煤矿开采技术有限公司(控股子公司)。

Shanxi Wenlong Zhongmei Environmental Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Wenlong Zhongmei) was established in April 2009, which is a state-recognized high-tech enterprise. It was successfully listed on the new third board in July 2016. The security code is 838624. With a registered capital of 41.6664 million yuan, it is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in coal mine engineering design, energy saving and environmental protection services. Headquartered in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, there are three subsidiaries respectively namely as Beijing Branch, Shanxi Watt Wanglian Environmental Energy Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (a holding Subsidiary) and Shanxi Wenlong Zhongmei Coal Mining Technology Co., Ltd (a holding Subsidiary).

文龙中美拥有国家煤炭行业(矿井)专业甲级设计资质、环境保护工程甲级(水处理、污染修复)设计资质、煤炭行业(选煤厂)专业乙级设计资质、建筑专业乙级设计资质、环保施工总承包三级施工资质。2014年10月通过了国家质量管理、环境管理、职业健康安全管理体系认证。

Wenlong Zhongmei possesses the national coal industry (mine) professional grade A design qualification, environmental protection engineering grade A (water treatment, pollution repair) design qualification, coal industry (coal preparation plant) professional grade B design qualification, construction professional grade B design qualification, environmental protection construction general contracting the third level construction qualification. In October 2014, it passed the certifications of national quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management system.

文龙中美拥有超低成本洗浴废水余热利用、高效能空压机余热利用、超低浓瓦斯双氧化制热利用、矿井回风热能高效利用、矿井水余热高效利用、超低温空气源热泵高效利用等技术。拥有发明专利15项、实用新型专利33项。

Wenlong Zhongmei possesses the ultra-low cost waste heat utilization of bathing wastewater, high-efficiency air compressor waste heat utilization, ultra-low concentration methane dioxide heating utilization, high-efficiency utilization of mine return air heat energy, high-efficiency utilization of mine water waste heat, high-efficiency utilization of ultra-low temperature air source heat pump and other technologies. It has 15 invention patents and 33 utility model patents.

文龙中美与山西卓越瓦斯研究中心共同研发了拥有自主知识产权的超低浓瓦斯双氧化制热技术。该技术结合了催化氧化和蓄热氧化的优势,填补了1.2%~3%超低浓度瓦斯利用技术空白。该项技术具有可承受瓦斯浓度波动范围大(0.3%~3%)、投资小、运行费用低、瓦斯起始反应温度底(450℃~500℃)反应平缓、安全可靠的特点,特别是采用非贵金属催化剂,极大地提升了该项技术的产业化应用水平。利用该项技术开发建设的装置可用于制取热水、低压饱和蒸汽、低压过热蒸汽、中压过热蒸汽,可用于煤矿洗浴、冬季采暖、冬季井筒防冻以及发电。

Wenlong Zhongmei and the Centre of Excellence on Coal Mine Methane in Shanxi jointly developed the ultra-low concentration methane dioxide heating technology with independent intellectual property rights. This technology combines the advantages of catalytic oxidation and regenerative oxidation, filling the gap of 1.2%-3% ultra-low concentration methane utilization technology. The technology has the characteristics of large fluctuation range of methane concentration (0.3%-3%), small investment, low operation cost, gentle reaction at the bottom of methane initial reaction temperature (450-500C), safety and reliability, especially the use of non-noble metal catalysts, which greatly improves the industrial application level of the technology. The equipment developed and constructed by this technology can be used to produce hot water, low pressure saturated steam, low pressure superheated steam and medium pressure superheated steam, which be used for coal mine bathing, winter heating, winter wellbore freezing prevention and power generation.
